Terms and conditions

• By registering for the Club Referee Development Program, participants agree to the following:
  
  1. Club Subsidy
   The Club will subsidise approved referee training, subject to available funding and eligibility requirements.
  
  2. Registration
   Participants must complete the Club's registration process and provide accurate contact details to be eligible for support.
  
  3. Participation Requirements
   Participants are expected to:
  
  Complete all required online training.
  Attend compulsory practical sessions, workshops, or referee clinics.
  Maintain communication with the Club's Referee Coordinator.
  
  4. Officiating Commitment
   As the Club is investing in referee development, participants are expected to make themselves reasonably available to referee Club matches after obtaining their accreditation.
  
  5. Attendance and Communication
   If a participant cannot attend a scheduled session or activity, they should notify the Club as soon as possible.
  
  6. Refund of Subsidised Costs
   The Club may seek reimbursement of subsidised training costs if a participant:
  
  Registers but does not commence the course.
  Withdraws after training has commenced.
  Does not complete the accreditation requirements without a reasonable explanation.
  
  The Club may waive reimbursement requirements in exceptional circumstances.
  
  7. Code of Conduct
   Participants must behave respectfully and comply with all Club, Football Victoria, and competition rules and codes of conduct.
  
  8. Club Discretion
   The Club reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or withdraw subsidy support at its discretion.
